The BOM Build Order Completion program is used to finalise a build order when all components have been received and the required product has been built. When a build order has been completed the build product quantity will adjust accordingly.

Build Order No - The build order number being completed. Order Date - Displays the date the build order was created. Sales Rep - Displays the sales rep who created the build order. W/H - Displays the warehouse code the completed build product belongs to. Build Product - Displays the build product code and description. Build Order Qty - Displays the quantity on the build order. Qty Already Built - Displays the quantity that have already been built for the selected build order. Qty Outstanding - Displays the outstanding quantity still requiring to be built. Build Products & Complete BOM Order: Qty to Build - The quantity being built. Qty Remaining - The quantity still awaiting to be built. Built By - The name of the person who built the build product. Clicking the drop down arrow will allow users to select from a list of warehouse staff that have been set up in your system. Checked By - The name of the person who checked the build product. Clicking the drop down arrow will allow users to select from a list of warehouse staff that have been set up in your system. |

Type - Displays the entry type for the line. Product/Description/GL Account - Displays the product/description or GL account for the entry type. Alloc - Displays the quantity of the component that has been allocated to the build order. Req'd - Displays the total quantity of each component required to complete the build order. Cost value- Displays the total cost value of each component required to complete the build order. |

Build Products - Will build the product/s and adjust stock accordingly. Where current stock allocations allow for more of the build product to be built the below screen will display asking users if they wish to re-print a BOM Build Order for the balance.
Close (F4) - Closes the screen without saving. |
