The Driver/Run Maintenance program can be used to create and maintain drivers/runs within your organisation.

 

To create a driver/run enter a unique code and select Yes when prompted.

 

 

Enter the drivers name and area description for the driver/run and the maximum weight capacity the driver can carry (if required). To track deliveries and proof of deliveries for the selected driver/run in BBS Atom, the Track Deliveries and PODs box will need to be ticked then click Save.

 

 

To Amend a Driver/Run enter the code for the Driver/Run that you would like to amend or click the to search for the Driver/Run, make the changes and click Save.

To Delete a Driver/Run enter the code for the Driver/Run that you would like to delete or click the to search for the Driver/Run and click Delete.
