Your eBay authentication and user consent is valid for 18 months, after which time the eBay integration feature will fail to work without re-authentication.

 

 

Users with sales ordering access will receive a user notification that consent needs to be given again. This can be done by either double clicking users notification or in System Parameter Maintenance.
