The Exchange Rate Maintenance program can be used to create and maintain currency codes and their current exchange rates.
To create an Exchange Rate enter a unique Currency Code and select Yes when prompted.
Enter the details for the currency that you would like to create as well as the Cost Centre and G/L Account for Exchange Rate Variances as shown in the example below.

Currency Name - The currency name/description |

Current Buy Rate - The current buy rate for the currency |

Last Updated - The date the currency code was last updated |

Currency Symbol - The currency symbol for the currency code |

Cost Centre - The cost centre the Exchange Rate Variance will be posted against (usually 0100) G/L Account - The G/L account the Exchange Rate Variance will be posted to |

Save - Saves the exchange rate or any changes made to an existing exchange rate Clear - Clears the current screen allowing users to select another exchange rate Delete - Deletes the selected exchange rate Close - Closes the screen |
To Amend an exchange rate enter the code for the currency that you would like to amend or click the 
to search for the currency, make the changes and click Save.
To Delete an exchange rate enter the code for the currency that you would like to delete or click the to search for the currency and click Delete.
