The General Ledger Cost Centre Maintenance program allows users with access to edit existing cost centres or create additional cost centres.
To create a cost centre enter a unique code and select Yes when prompted.
Enter a description for the cost centre and click Save.
To Amend a Cost Centre enter the code for the Cost Centre that you would like to amend or click the to search for the Cost Centre, make the changes and click Save.
To Delete a Cost Centre enter the code for the Cost Centre that you would like to delete or click the to search for the Cost Centre and click Delete. (It is recommended that Cost Centres with history should not be deleted).
