The Pay-on-Pickup Customer Entry/Maintenance program is where Pay-On-Pickup accounts can be created and maintained for customers who do not wish to open a trading account. By clicking the New Customer button users can then enter a three digit customer prefix followed by three system assigned numbers if this is what your company uses, otherwise users should enter the desired code for the new customer in the Cust Code field.
Users can also create a new Pay-on-Pickup/COD account prior to entering a sale or when changing a customer mid-sale in the Point of Sale program. To do this, users enters NEW as the customer. If your company uses a three digit customer prefix followed by three system assigned numbers, users should enter the code prefix in the window displayed, otherwise users should click Cancel and enter the desired code for the new customer.
users then enters the required details and clicks OK to create the Pay-on-Pickup/COD Account.
To Amend a Pay-on-Pickup customer enter the customer code that you would like to amend or click the to search for the customer, make the changes and click OK.
