The Warehouse Details tab contains warehouse information that is specific to the selected product.

Number 1

Warehouse Specific Details: The settings in this section can differ per warehouse where users has multiple warehouses.

W/H Code - The code for the warehouse where the product is located.

Bin Location - The bin number used to assist with locating the product.

Min Stock Level - The minimum quantity of the selected product you want to stock.

Max Stock Level - The maximum quantity of the selected product you want to stock.

Manual Min/Max - When ticked minimum and maximum levels will NOT be altered by automatic processes for the selected product.

Manual Price - When ticked the selected product pricing will not update using automatic processes.

Core Product - When ticked the selected product is a core product.

All Warehouse Pricing / Specific Warehouse Pricing:

Depending on the system parameters set, pricing can be set for a product for all warehouses, or for a specific warehouse.

Standard Sell Price - The standard sell price for the selected product. (This price is what is charged when the List Price or Alternate Price isn't setup to be used in your system or has been removed. It is also the price used when updating sell prices via the price grid. Please refer to Price Grid Maintenance for more information).

Pricing Levels - These prices will automatically calculate using the special pricing levels that have been created in your system. If special pricing levels have not been defined in your system parameters or Product Group Maintenance, or where the product has been marked for Manual Price, users can manually set them.

Selling Units of Measure: Displays a list of selling units of measure for the selected product. Double clicking a saved selling unit of measure will allow users to edit or delete the record.

Sell Unit - The selling unit of measure/s the selected product is being sold in.

Conv Fact - The conversion factor of the selling unit of measure to the stock unit of measure. i.e. If the selling unit of measure is sold as a pack of 6 and the stock unit of measure is an each then the Conv Fact would be 6.

Barcode - The barcode of the selected selling unit of measure.

Add/Update - Will Add/Update the selling unit of measure.

Clear - Will delete the selling unit of measure.

When multiple selling units of measure for a selected product code have been created, users can click the query button beside the quantity to select which unit of measure they are selling when creating a Sales Order or POS transaction.
