A new feature was added in July 2020 called the Sales Order Management Dashboard. This feature was briefly mentioned in Release Note 202007.2 - Accepting backorder ETA's, however we believe it requires its own release note.

 

The Sales Order Management Dashboard can be used by Sales and Customer Service staff to better manage outstanding sales orders and can replace most of the functions users perform currently with the Outstanding Sales Order report such as:

1.Find orders placed on hold that need releasing

2.Find No Part Ship orders with some stock allocated that can be changed to Part Ship OK to allow the goods in stock to be delivered

3.Find orders with backorder ETAs that need attention
