Two new fields have been added to Vendor Masterfile Maintenance, purchasing email and web address. The existing 'General Email' field has now been renamed to 'Accounts Email'.
The General Tab of Vendor Masterfile Maintenance has been redesigned to allow for the new fields.

The new fields have been added to the General Information Tab of Global Vendor Enquiry, with buttons to send an email or goto the website.

The new fields have also been added to the Vendor Masterfile Report/Listing.
The Auto Add Recipients screen in Direct Marketing Campaigns auto add now allows selection of supplier accounts emails vs purchasing emails.

Both new fields have been added to the Suppliers Tab in the Contact Relationship Manager (CRM.)

If anyone would like all of their Vendor 'General Email' addresses (now Accounts Email) to be copied to the new 'Purchasing Email' field, please let us know.
