An email notification has been added for users where a POS till reconciliation has not been performed at the end of the day for specific logins or registers.

 

For companies that perform till-by-till reconciliation or integrated payment transactions are processed by non POS BBS logins, end of day till reconciliation can easily be missed. This new notification will alert the accounting staff so that they can perform the POS till reconciliation for the non POS logins.

 

For companies that always process their POS till reconciliation retrospectively, this notification will serve as a reminder that they need to perform the till reconciliation.

 

 

Two new system parameters have been added to the POS Settings section of System Parameter Maintenance which can be used to control who receives these email notifications or to disable the notifications all together.
