A new button has been added to the Stock Receipting screen for scan in functionality.

 

Using the scan-in functionality, combined with the Update and Print Audit Trail option, can replace users need to use a Pre-Receipt Checklist. Using the scan in function will allow users to check products and quantities against the purchase order, with the audit trail displaying what products are to be reserved vs what is to go into the bins/onto the shelves. Where users do not wish to print an audit trail, the quantity to reserve is also displayed on the Scan In screen.
