The system will run a scan once a day to find all devices that have been previously reporting via the MPS Agent that haven't had an updated report in the last 7 days.

 

 

Where the device is obsolete or is no longer required to report in, the alert can be acknowledged and won't be raised again unless the device starts to report in again and then stops reporting.

 

Users will also receive a notification via email.
