An additional field has been added to Equipment Masterfile Maintenance allowing users to specify a different customer code to bill service calls to. The Bill To Customer is also visible in Global Equipment Enquiry.

 

Where a Bill To Customer has been specified on equipment and users raise a service job, the Same as Work/Equipment Customer/Address on the Equipment/Customer tab of Service Job Entry/Maintenance will be automatically unticked and populated with the bill to customer details.
