Improvements have been made to BTS booklists giving users the ability to create booklists directly from sales order quotes in Sales Order Entry and Maintenance. By selecting the new "BTS Booklist Quote" type, users can generate and link booklists to quotes, ensuring quoted prices are accurately reflected on the booklist.

 

Key Features:

1.Create Booklist from BTS Booklist Quote:

•New Quote Type - "BTS Booklist Quote": Users can now create a sales quote by selecting "BTS Booklist Quote" as the type in Sales Order Entry or Maintenance.

•Automatic Booklist Creation and Linkage: A booklist is automatically created and linked to the quote, streamlining the process and reducing manual input.

•Quoted Prices on Booklists: Booklists created from the BTS Booklist Quote will reflect the quoted prices rather than automatically calculated prices (which are typically based on the customer's pricing/contract). This ensures that the booklist aligns with the specific pricing quoted to the customer.

 

2.Unlinking Booklists from Quotes:

•Users can easily unlink booklists from quotes via the Booklist Management Dashboard, providing flexibility in managing and updating booklists as needed.
