A new option has been added under the More Options button in QuickPOS, allowing users to change the customer for the sale. Alternatively, users can press F10 to access this feature.
Previously limited to cash sales only, QuickPOS can now be used for all Walk-In sales, including those for the default cash sale account, pay-on-pickup accounts, or account customers.
When a customer is changed, prices for items already on the sale will be automatically recalculated based on the new customer. Manually entered prices and any applied discount percentages will remain unchanged.
The selected customer will also be displayed at the bottom of the screen as a double-clickable hotlink.
