A new tab has been added to the Global Customer Enquiry screen, Gift Vouchers/Store Credits. This update allows users to view any active or past gift vouchers and store credits associated with the selected customer.

 

Key Features:

•Users can now easily view a customer’s gift voucher and store credit history.

•The tab provides a comprehensive overview of all vouchers and credits the customer has or has had.
