A new button has been added to the Service Job Management Dashboard, giving users the ability to reassign and/or reschedule service jobs directly from the dashboard.

 

Key highlights:

•Users can now select one or multiple service jobs to reassign to a different technician.

•Jobs can also be rescheduled in bulk to a new date by highlighting multiple lines.
