We’ve introduced a new screen to improve visibility into debtor on-account transactions, making it easier to trace and understand how these transactions are applied. Note: No traceability is available for on account transactions prior to May 2025.
Key Features:
•See where each on account transaction originated (e.g. payment, credit, adjustment)
•Identify what the transaction was applied to, such as invoices or account entries
How to Access:
•This screen is now available in Global Customer Enquiry > Debtors (F6) Section and the Payments button of Sales Invoice Enquiry
•Simply double-click any On Account line in the Open Items, Debtors Transactions or Transactions by Period Opened tabs in Global Customer Enquiry > Debtors (F6) Section, and the Customer On Account Transaction Enquiry screen will open. Users can also highlight the On Account line in Debtors Transactions and Transactions by Period Opened and click the View O/A Hist button to access the Customer On Account Transaction Enquiry screen.
Or;
•Simply double-click any On Account line in the Payments button of Sales Invoice Enquiry, and the Customer On Account Transaction Enquiry screen will open. Users can also highlight the On Account line in the Payments button of Sales Invoice Enquiry and click the View On Account History button to access the Customer On Account Transaction Enquiry screen.
This new tool provides better visibility and auditability for accounts receivable teams and improves traceability of debtor activity.
