The eStore Customer Data Change Review program allows users to review any customer-initiated eStore data changes for fields that have not been configured to auto-update in eStore Settings Maintenance.

 

Note: The permissions on this screen are based on the user's existing permissions to manually update the relevant fields. For example, if a user has permission to edit the Sales Contact Phone field via either CRM or Customer Maintenance > General Information, they will also be able to accept or reject changes to that field on this screen. Fields that a user does not have permission to manually update will appear in red, and the user will not be able to accept or reject changes to those fields.

 

If customer or address changes are awaiting review, and BBS needs to send updated details to the eStore, any pending values that have not yet been accepted or rejected will be used. For example, if the sales phone number in the BBS Masterfile remains 03 9001 0278, but a pending change request would update it to 02 5616 8046, any eStore synchronisation performed before the change is reviewed will send 02 5616 8046. Once the change is accepted or rejected, the pending value will be cleared, and future synchronisations will use the appropriate BBS data.
