Auto-Load Tax Tables - Allows users to auto-load tax tables from within BBS. These are updated when there are changes to the tax tables and users will be notified by email.

Tax Table Code - The tax table code being maintained or created.

Description - The description of the tax table code being maintained or created.

Table Type:

•Base Withholding - Is a base withholding tax table.

•Additional Withholding (HELP/SFSS etc) - Is an additional withholding tax table.

Medicare Levy Adjustment Parameters - Allows users to view and adjust the Medicare levy parameters for the selected tax table.

Tax Scales: (Weekly Earnings):

•Earnings Less than - The earnings less than amount.

•Flat Rate - The flat rate of tax payable on the selected tax table code. Only applicable to Additional Withholding table types.

•Co-efficient A - The co-efficient A tax rate based on the earnings less than amount.

•Co-efficient B - The co-efficient B tax value based on the earnings less than amount.

Add - Adds the line to the tax table.

Clear - Removes the line from the tax table.

Edit in Excel - Allows users to edit the tax table in Excel. Please refer to Importing Data from a Spreadsheet for more information.

Displays a list of weekly earnings and tax rates for the selected tax table. Double clicking a line will allow users to amend or delete.

Save - Saves the selected tax table and any changes made.

Clear - Clears the information from the screen without saving changes and allows users to select another tax table code.

Delete - Deletes the selected tax table code.

Listing - Exports a list of all tax table codes and their parameters.
