Customer/Product Details

After a customer and product have been searched for in Customer/Product Details, tapping the magnifying glass will allow users to select a different customer and/or product.

Number 1

Tapping the double up arrow icon will collapse the customer and product code search fields, navigating users back to the previous screen.

Number 2

Tapping the options menu allows users to perform the following functions. The functions will differ depending on whether the exact customer and product codes have been entered or a generic word is being used to search. When the exact customer and product codes have been entered please refer to Point 2 above, otherwise please refer to the below.

	When a generic search word is being used to search for a customer users can select to search a different warehouse and to include Closed Accounts and/or Prospect accounts in the search results.
	When a generic search word is being used to search for a product users can select to search a different warehouse and to include In Stock Only products and/or Core only products in the search results.

Number 3

The customer code you want to view product details for. Tapping the magnifying glass icon will perform the search using the criteria in the search field.

Number 4

The product code you want to view customer details for. Tapping the magnifying glass icon will perform the search using the criteria in the search field.

Number 5

Tapping the barcode icon will access the devices camera to allow users to scan a product's barcode to perform the search.

Tapping the Balances and Activity tab will display the balances and activity for the selected product.

On Hand - Displays the amount of stock on hand in the selected warehouse.

On Cons'gt - Displays stock that has been invoiced but the invoice hasn't been updated as yet (ie on consignment) in the selected warehouse.

In Stock - Displays the amount of stock On Hand less On Cons'gt in the selected warehouse.

Committed - Displays the amount of stock allocated to sales orders and/or BOM build orders in the selected warehouse.

Available - Displays the amount of stock In Stock less Committed in the selected warehouse.

Backorder - Displays the amount of stock on backorder in the selected warehouse.

On Order - Displays the quantity of the selected product on outstanding purchase order/s in the selected warehouse.

Wkly Usg - Displays the weekly usage of the selected product.

WoS Avail - Displays the weeks of stock available of the selected product.

Price - Displays the different types of sell prices for the selected product for the selected customer.

Ex Tax - Displays the price excluding GST for the different types of sell prices for the selected product for the selected customer.

Inc Tax - Displays the price including GST for the different types of sell prices for the selected product for the selected customer.

G/P % - Tapping the Show button will display the GP% when using that sell price.

Future Cost - Tapping the Show button will display the future cost price for the selected product.

Average Cost - Tapping the Show button will display the average cost price for the selected product.

Prod Cont Cost - Tapping the Show button will display the product contract cost price for the selected product (if applicable).

Promo Cost - Tapping the Show button will display the promotional cost price for the selected product (if applicable).

Tapping the Invoices for Customer/Product tab will display a list of invoices for the selected product for the selected customer.

The invoice number and line number is displayed.

Invoice Date - Displays the date the invoice was created.

Qty - Displays the quantity of the product purchased on the selected invoice.

Price - Displays the per unit price of the product purchased on the selected invoice.

Del Code - Displays the delivery code for the sales invoice.

Desc - Displays the description of the selected product on the selected invoice.

Tapping the PDF icon will allow users to view the invoice on the device.
