A delivery run can be created at any time by tapping the Delivery Runs tab on the Main Menu of BBS Atom.

2.Select the Run/Driver you are creating the delivery run for by tapping the drop down arrow in the Run/Driver field. (Once a Run/Driver has been selected, this field automatically populates with that Run/Driver until the app settings are cleared). Where a delivery manifest has been created in BBS Accounting or on BBS Atom for the selected Run/Driver, these will appear below the search field once a Run/Driver is selected.

3.Tap the icon in the top right hand corner of the screen to create a new delivery run or in the title bar of an existing delivery run to add more deliveries/pickups to it.

4.The Delivery Run Date will automatically populate with the current date, users can tap the existing date to select a different date.

5.When the required Delivery Run Date has been confirmed tap Create Delivery Run to select orders to add to this delivery run.

6.Users can apply filters to select from a list delivery dockets, manually add items or scan the BBS Accounting generated barcode/s to add items to the delivery run. Please refer to Add Items to Delivery Run for more information.

7.When all orders have been selected and added to the delivery run, users will be able to optimise the order of the run using Google Maps, please refer to Auto Reorder Mode for more Information or by manually sorting the order of the delivery run, please refer to Manual Reorder Mode for more information.

Once a delivery run has been created, drivers are ready to start delivering. When a driver reaches the address for the first delivery/pickup, tapping the Record Delivery/Pickup button allows users to record details of the drop. Please refer to Record Delivery/Pickup for more information.

Where the total items delivered/picked up exceeds the quantity that was expected for the address, users will receive the below warning.

Where the total items delivered/picked up is left blank, users will receive the below pop up.

Users will be required to obtain a signature or capture a photo prior to completing the delivery/pickup.

When all details have been entered, tapping the Complete Delivery/Pickup button will mark the delivery/pickup as complete with all data being returned to BBS Accounting and the GPS location will be captured.
