The Linkly EFT-Client and EFT-Server Software communicates with your EFTPOS terminal. If you don't have this program installed on your Point of Sale computer/s please complete the following steps:

 

Go to https://www.linkly.com.au/resources-support/software and select 'New Installs' under the Latest Release section.

When it has downloaded a window should pop up asking if you want to save or run the program, select Run.

Refer to section 2.1 in https://www.linkly.com.au/storage/app/media/resources/PC5422_Linkly_IP-Communications-Gateway-Installation-Guide_v2.01_V2.0.pdf to perform a 'Single POS with Pinpad' installation.

 

Once you have installed the software you will need to set up your EFTPOS terminal to connect to the Linkly EFT-Client. Contact your financial institution or Linkly for assistance with this.

 

Once the EFTPOS terminal is connected to the Linkly EFT-Client on your computer, please refer to How to integrate Linkly with a POS Payment Type for more information.
