The Supplier Product Catalogue Enquiry allows users to view products within the selected supplier catalogue. Users with access to Product Masterfile Maintenance can use the Jump To (F8) button to create a new product from this data.

Find Product - Navigates users to Supplier Product Catalogue Lookup allowing users to search the catalogue data for a specific product.

Catalogue - When a supplier is selected, a catalogue will be automatically selected from the list. Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a different catalogue. |

Supp Item - The Supp Item field accepts the supplier’s item code, the Manf Part No, the stripped OEM code (ie with only alpha-numeric characters), and a barcode. If the product is found but not in the selected catalogue, the screen will automatically change to the catalogue the product is in and display the details of the product. Valid - Displays the dates the data/pricing for the selected product is valid for. Description - Displays the Supplier description of the selected product. BBS Product - Displays the BBS code and description if the product has already been matched in BBS. Goto - Navigates users to the Global Inventory Enquiry of the matched BBS code. |

View Product Online - Navigates users to the suppliers website for the selected product if applicable. |

View Image - Allows users to view an image of the product if applicable. |

Jump To (F8) - 1.Create Product Code - Allows users with access to Product Masterfile Maintenance to create a new product using the selected supplier data. |
