A new program, Web/EDI Order Field Mapping Maintenance has been introduced to BBS to eliminate the need for users to manually enter the shipping and payment types on sales orders converted from web orders.

 

Users will be able to map web order values for Ship Via methods and Payment methods to the BBS value, which will then be automatically populated on the sales order when converted from a web order.

Payment type matching applies to the following platforms where eWAY is not used as the payment platform.

•Double-T orders

•Office Brands WebX orders

•eBay orders

 

For orders placed on an eCommerce store using eWAY as the payment platform, BBS will continue to import these payments as integrated payments through its eWAY integration and process them as it currently does.
