Users now have the option to issue a Gift Voucher or Store Credit when processing a refund, whether it's for a returned item or a refund of a payment against a sales order.

 

Key Enhancements:

•New options to Refund to Existing Voucher/Credit or Issue New Voucher/Credit are now available during the refund process.

•If Issue New Voucher/Credit is selected, users must choose the Voucher Type (Gift Voucher or Store Credit) and can either enter/scan a reference or leave it blank to have one auto-generated.

 

Benefits:

•Eliminates the need to manually add gift voucher/store credit product codes as a positive quantity to balance returns to zero.

•Streamlines the process of issuing store credits or vouchers for returns/refunds, saving time and reducing errors.
