The Bulk Price Import and Maintenance program allows users to import and edit pricing.

Prices to Import/Edit:
•Standard Sell Prices - Allows users to import/edit standard sell prices on products. Please refer to Importing/Editing Standard Sell Prices for more information.
•Pricing Level Prices - Allows users to import/edit pricing level prices on products. Please refer to Importing/Editing Pricing Level Prices for more information.
•Promotional Prices - Allows users to import/edit promotional pricing for products with promotional pricing. Please refer to Importing/Editing Promotional Prices for more information.
•Customer Contract Prices - Allows users to import/edit customer contract prices on products. Please refer to Importing/Editing Customer Contract Prices for more information.
•Product Contract Prices - Allows users to select a product contract and import/edit product contract prices. Please refer to Importing/Editing Product Contract Prices for more information.
•List Prices - Allows users to import/edit List Prices on products. Please refer to Importing/Editing List Prices for more information.
•Alternate Prices - Allows users to import/edit Alternate Price on products. Please refer to Importing/Editing Alternate Prices for more information.
•Supplier Price List - Allows users to import/edit a suppliers price list which will update supplier item codes, minimum order quantity, future costs, conversion factors and purchasing unit of measure. Please refer to Importing/Editing Supplier Price List for more information.
•Supplier Promo Costs - Allows users to import/edit supplier promotional pricing for products with supplier promotional pricing. Please refer to Importing/Editing Supplier Promo Costs for more information.
•Volume Prices - Allows users to import/edit volume pricing. Please refer to Importing/Editing Volume Prices for more information. |

Import/Edit Prices - Opens an Xcellerated spreadsheet for users to import/edit pricing

Options:
•W/H Code - The warehouse code. Where a system is set to use warehouse specific sell pricing, the warehouse code must be entered when Standard Sell Prices or Pricing Level Prices is selected. It is also required when Product Contract Pricing is selected.
•Prod Contract - The product contract or click to search. Only applicable when Product Contract Pricing is selected.
•Vol Price Type - The volume price type, clicking the drop down arrow will allow users to select from a list of volume types. Only applicable when Volume Prices is selected.
•Supplier - The supplier code or click to search. Only applicable when Supplier Price List or Supplier Promo Costs is selected.
i.Update Existing Prices Only - Will update cost prices for the selected supplier on products where the selected supplier is currently the primary supplier or a secondary supplier only.
ii.Update Existing Prices Only, and Add New Secondary Supp Records - Will update cost prices for the selected supplier on products where the selected supplier is currently the primary supplier or a secondary supplier, and will add a secondary supplier record to other products where the supplier record doesn't currently exist. |
Importing/Editing Standard Sell Prices
To Import/Edit Standard Sell Prices select Standard Sell Prices from the drop down list. Click Import/Edit Prices.
Click Yes to export all existing prices to a spreadsheet or No to start with a blank spreadsheet.
Click Yes to include Zero priced products or No to exclude Zero priced products.
Click on the spreadsheet that has opened in the background, do NOT click on or close the below pop-up.
Make the necessary price changes to existing products or enter additional lines by entering a product code, SKU, web code or manufacturers part number in the product column. Once all of the necessary changes/additions have been made, click File > Save (not Save As) and close the spreadsheet.
Click OK on the original pop-up message to import the changes. The below message will appear verifying the data and confirming with users they wish to import the changes.
After clicking Yes the below pop up will appear confirming the import/update is complete.

Click Yes to include expired promotional prices or No to exclude expired promotional prices.
Click on the spreadsheet that has opened in the background, do NOT click on or close the below pop-up.
Make the necessary price changes to existing products or enter additional lines by entering a product code, SKU, web code or manufacturers part number in the product column. Once all of the necessary changes/additions have been made, click File > Save (not Save As) and close the spreadsheet.
Click OK on the original pop-up message to import the changes. The below message will appear verifying the data and confirming with users they wish to import the changes.

Importing/Editing Supplier Price Lists
To Import/Edit Supplier Price Lists select Supplier Price List from the drop down list.
Enter a Supplier Code or click to search, select to update either existing prices only or update existing prices and add secondary supplier records. Click Import/Edit Prices.
Click Yes, All Products to export all existing prices, Yes, Non-Discontinued Products to export existing prices for non-discontinued products to a spreadsheet or No to start with a blank spreadsheet.
Click on the spreadsheet that has opened in the background, do NOT click on or close the below pop-up.
Make the necessary price changes to existing products. Once all of the necessary changes have been made, click File > Save (not Save As) and close the spreadsheet.
Click OK on the original pop-up message to import the changes, another spreadsheet will open in the background displaying to users the changes that will be imported (changes cannot be made to this spreadsheet). Click Yes to continue with the upload or No to return to the original upload spreadsheet.
After clicking Yes the below pop up will appear confirming the import/update is complete.

To Import/Edit Supplier Promo Costs select Supplier Promo Costs from the drop down list.
Enter a Supplier Code or click to search. Click Import/Edit Prices.
Click Yes to export all existing prices to a spreadsheet or No to start with a blank spreadsheet.
Click Yes to include expired supplier promo costs or No to exclude expired supplier promo costs.
Click on the spreadsheet that has opened in the background, do NOT click on or close the below pop-up.
Make the necessary price changes to existing products or enter additional lines by entering a product code, SKU, web code or manufacturers part number in the product column. Once all of the necessary changes/additions have been made, click File > Save (not Save As) and close the spreadsheet.
