The Custom Masterfile Field and List Maintenance program allows users to create and maintain custom fields and custom lists within the five main masterfiles Customers, Vendors, Products, Equipment and Employees. Only users with access to these modules will be able to create and maintain custom fields and lists.
NOTE: The Custom Masterfile Field and List Maintenance is completely separate to the CRM Custom Fields and CRM Custom Field Lists.
Users can create a new Custom Field List by clicking the New List button.

List Code - Enter a unique list code (2 characters)
List Name - Enter a name for the list
Status Bar Text for Value entry only - Text that will display at the base of the screen instructing users what information should be entered into the list item
