•Import Leads - Allows users to import leads from an Excel spreadsheet. For more information please refer to Importing Data from a Spreadsheet.
Refresh (F5) - Will refresh the items in the screen.
Leads For - Clicking the allows users to select the Operator code they wish to see leads for. Note: Leads are assigned to operators not rep codes or can be left unassigned.
Lead Status - Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to filter the list to a specific lead status.
Search (F3) - Allows users to search for a keyword to filter the list (e.g. part of a name).
Displays a list of leads based on the selected parameters.
Navigates users to the CRM - Quick Attach Files screen to attach files to the selected task. Please refer to Quick Attach Files to CRM for more information.
Users can create new tasks from leads for a single user or multiple users.

Create Tasks for Single User - Create tasks for the selected user.
When (Lead Assignees) is selected, tasks will be created for whomever each lead is assigned to. Users will receive the below message where a task has not been assigned to an operator to advise them any unassigned leads will be skipped.
Distribute Tasks to Multiple Users - Distributes tasks to multiple users, clicking the allows users to select users.
Starting Date - The task starting date.
Reminder - When ticked, a reminder can be set and a pop up will alert users the task is attached to, of the task.
Time - The time for the reminder.
Maximum Tasks to Create per day/per user - The maximum number of tasks to create for each user per day.
Template – Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select from a list of templates that have been setup in your system. Please refer to CRM Settings/Configuration Maintenance for more information.
Category - Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a category from a list of categories that have been set up in your system. Please refer to CRM Settings/Configuration Maintenance for more information.
Priority - Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a priority from a list of priorities that have been set up in your system. Please refer to CRM Settings/Configuration Maintenance for more information.

Leads can be converted to a Prospect by highlighting the selected lead and clicking the Convert to Prospect button. For companies that use the ABC001 format for customer codes, users will need to click to be able to enter the alpha prefix and have the next number assigned automatically.
If you do not use automatically generated customer codes, entering a unique code in the Customer Code field will allow the lead to be converted to a prospect.
Users will need to select an Account Manager and Market Code for the Prospect by clicking the drop down arrows.
Clicking Convert Lead to Prospect will convert the Lead to a Prospect and the below pop up will appear confirming this with users.
