When a user registers themselves on the eStore, their login is created in BBS without a customer code. Before they place their first online order, you can link their eStore login to the correct BBS customer account. Doing so ensures the applicable contract pricing, favourites lists and order approval settings will be applied to the user.
1.Locate the email you received containing the account creation details, including the username and business name. 2.F11 and search for the username provided in the email. 3.Select the relevant web login from the search results to open the e-Store Web Login Maintenance screen. 4.Enter the user's BBS customer code or click 5.Click Save to link the eStore login to the BBS customer account.
Within approximately 5 minutes of saving the customer code, the user's favourites lists, contract prices and approvers will be available online.
