Control the delivery addresses available to a login
1.In eStore Web Login Maintenance, select the login. 2.If the web login should default to one delivery address, enter the Default Del Code or click 3.Set Upload All Addresses as required: •Customer Default - uses the setting from Customer Masterfile Maintenance. •Yes - Primary Customer Only - allows the web login to choose from the primary customer's uploaded delivery addresses. •Yes - Primary and Secondary Customers - allows the web login to choose from uploaded addresses for the primary and related secondary customer accounts. •No - does not upload all addresses. Note: where a Default Del Code is assigned, the login is restricted to that address. 4. Click Save. |
If there are many logins with the same requirements, set the customer defaults first and override only the exceptions.
When a login is allowed to select another uploaded BBS delivery address, incoming eStore orders retain the selected BBS delivery code.
Display Invoice History includes separate choices for the login's own orders and all invoices; select the access appropriate for that user. |
