To complement the new 25.05.02 - ***NEW*** Sell Price Rules feature, we have also added additional features at a product level to allow sell price rules to be defined and/or overridden on a product-by-product basis.

In the new Sell Prices, Rules and Overrides tab of Product Masterfile Maintenance, users can set a Sell Price Rule - Product Level Override by clicking the icon next to a sell price type.

 

 

A Sell Price Rule - Product Level Override allows users to specify a set G/P%, Markup % or Markup $ to apply to the product that will recalculate as and when the product cost changes. A Sell Price Rule - Product Level Override can be set for a product/price type even if no system wide Sell Price Rule applies to the product. When set, a Sell Price Rule - Product Level Override will override any Sell Price Rule that applies to the product and price type.

 

 

Sell Price Rule - Product Level Overrides are automatically recalculated each day via the Sell Price Rule Recalculate and Update process which runs in an Auto-Job, and any prices that need to be updated against the products will be updated as required.
