Automatic Payment Settings:

•Del Code - The delivery code for the automatic payment or leave blank for all delivery codes.

•Auto Payment Type - The options available will depend on whether a single delivery code has been selected or not.

Options when Delivery Code field is blank (ie for Main Account)

•No Automatic Payments - No automatic payments have been set up for the selected customer.

•Individual Invoice Payments - Automatic payments will be processed on each individual invoice for the selected customer.

•Consolidated Account Payments - Automatic payments will be processed on all individual invoices being consolidated into one account payment for the selected customer.

•Consolidated Payments by Del Code - Automatic payments will be processed on individual invoices for each delivery code being consolidated into one payment for each delivery code for the selected customer.

Options when a single Delivery Code has been selected.

•Same as Main Account - Automatic payments will be processed using the same payment type selected for the main account for the selected delivery code.

•No Automatic Payments - No automatic payments have been set up for the selected delivery code.

•Individual Invoice Payments - Automatic payments will be processed on each individual invoice for the selected delivery code.

•Consolidated Payments for Del Code - Automatic payments will be processed for invoices for the delivery code being consolidated into one payment for the delivery code

Where the main account is set to consolidated by delivery code there is no need to set each individual delivery address to consolidated payment for del code unless a different method or payment token is to be used.

•Auto Payment Method - The payment method to be used for the automatic payments.

•Auto Payment Token ID - The automatic payment token ID or click to search. The selected payment token must be from the same payment provider as the Auto Payment Method selected.

•Card No - Displays the partial card number for the auto payment token ID selected.

Payment Tokens - Displays a list of payment tokens for the selected customer.

Create New Payment Token - Allows users to create a new payment token for the selected customer. Please refer to Integrated Payment Token Maintenance for more information.

Edit Payment Token - Allows users to edit the highlighted payment token for the selected customer. Please refer to Integrated Payment Token Maintenance for more information.
