The System List Maintenance program is used to maintain System Lists such as stock adjustment reasons, customer referral sources and warehouse staff.

 

New System Lists are for 'System Administrator Use Only'. Please contact support@bbsoftware.com.au for new system lists.

Number 1

List – The name of the selected system list. (System lists can be selected by clicking on the drop down arrow). Please refer to BBS List of System Lists for more information.

Number 2

Description – The description of the record

Number 3

Detail – The detail of the record if required

Number 4

Add - Adds the selected record

Clear - Deletes the selected record

Close - Closes the screen

Number 5

Displays the saved records in the selected list

 

To amend an existing list click the drop down arrow and select the list you would like to change. Enter the description and detail information and click Add to add new records to the list.  Or to amend an existing record double click the record, make the necessary amendments and click Add or to remove an existing record, double click the record and click Clear to delete it.
