The Managed Print Services Dashboard allows users to view and action active alerts for equipment, users can also view the audit trail for all managed print services equipment. This screen has multiple tabs, Alerts and Audit Trail with each tab described below.
Refresh (F5) - Will refresh the items in the screen.
Display Actioned Alerts - When ticked, alerts that have been marked as actioned will also be displayed.
Displays a list of alerts, showing the customer code and delivery code, equipment and serial number, the type of alert, the date and time the alert was received and the alert text displaying what the issue is.
Despatch Replacement - Navigates users to Sales Order Entry/Maintenance allowing users to create a sales order for a replacement to be despatched.
Refresh (F5) - Will refresh the items in the screen.
Hide MPS Agent Records - When ticked, all lines that have been created using the MPS Agent will be hidden.
Displays the audit trail, showing the customer code and delivery code, equipment and serial number, the date and time the action was performed, users name of the operator who performed the action and the description of the action performed.
Action - Displays the text of the action performed for the selected line.
More - Allows users to display more results if applicable.
