The Shelf/Product Label Printing program allows users to print shelf labels or product price labels for specific products, updated product prices or stock receipts.

Shelf/Product Label Options -
•Customer to base prices on - The customer code to base prices on. Will default to the POS default customer set up in your system.
•Price to Print - The price to print on the labels, GST Inclusive, GST Exclusive or No Price. Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a different price. |

Auto Select - Allows users to select to print shelf/product price labels for all updated product prices or entire stock receipt. Please refer to Shelf/Product Label Printing - Auto Select for more information.

Label Format - The label format. Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a different label format.
|
|
Product - The product code.
W/H Code - The warehouse code.
Qty to Print - The quantity of shelf/product price labels to print. When shelf label is selected a quantity of 1 will automatically populate, when product price label is selected the quantity will automatically populate with the In Stock quantity.

Add Line (F7) - Adds the line to the list box for shelf/product price labels to be printed.

Clear Line - Clears the information from the line.
|
|
Global Inventory Enquiry (F9) - Navigates users to the Global Inventory Enquiry for the selected product.
|
|
Stock Levels - Displays the stock levels for the selected product.
•On Hand - Displays the amount of stock on hand
•On Cons'gt - Displays stock that has been invoiced but the invoice hasn't been updated as yet (ie on consignment)
•Committed - Displays the amount of stock allocated to sales orders and/or BOM build orders
•On B'order - Displays the amount of stock on backorder
•In Stock - Displays the amount of stock On Hand less On Cons'gt
•Available - Displays the amount of stock In Stock less Committed
•Total Stock - Displays the amount of stock Available less On B'order |

Displays a list of the products that have been added for shelf/product price labels to be printed. Double clicking a line will allow users to remove the product or edit the quantity.

Print Labels - Will print prompt users to select a printer for each label type being produced, and will print the required shelf/product price labels. All labels will print in bin location order.

Shelf/Product Label Printing - Auto Select allows users to select to print shelf/product price labels for all updated product prices or an entire stock receipt.

Label Format - The label format. Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a different label format.

Selection Option:
•Updated Product Prices - Allows users to print shelf/product price labels for products where the prices have changed since last time labels were printed.
•Stock Receipt - Allows users to print shelf/product price labels for products stock receipted in.
•Purchase Order - Allows users to print product price labels for products ordered. |

Updated Product Prices: Users can select parameters to restrict the shelf/product price labels to be printed.
•W/H Code - The warehouse code.
•From Prod Group - The starting product group.
•To Prod Group - The ending product group.
•From Bin Location - The starting bin location.
•To Bin Location - The ending bin location.
•Include All Products with Available Stock - When ticked, all products with available stock will be included.
•Include All Core Products (Min/Max) - When ticked, all core products will be included.
•Include All Non-Core Products - When ticked, all non-core products will be included. |

Stock Receipt: Users can select a specified vendor and delivery docket/invoice number to print shelf/product price labels for.
•Vendor Code - The vendor code.
•Receipt Entry From - The document the receipt was entered from. Clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a different receipt type document.
•Delivery Docket Number - The delivery docket/invoice number.
•Receipted - Displays the date the stock was receipted.
•Include Stock Allocated on Receipt - When ticked, stock that has been allocated to orders on the selected stock receipt will be included (ie labels will be produced for goods being shipped immediately). |

Purchase Order: Users can select a specified purchase order to print product price labels for.
•Order No - The purchase order number.
•Include Stock Reserved for Backorders - When ticked, stock that has been reserved for backorders on the selected purchase order will be included (ie labels will be produced for goods being reserved for backorders).
•Ordered - Displays the date the products were ordered. |

Select Shelf/Product Labels - Selects the shelf/product price labels using the parameters selected and adds them to the list of shelf/product price labels to be printed.
When shelf label is selected a quantity of 1 will automatically populate for each selected product. When product price label and Updated Product Prices is selected the quantity will automatically populate with the In Stock quantity for each selected product, or when product price label and Stock Receipt or Purchase Order is selected the quantity will automatically populate with the quantity received or ordered in the stock unit of measure for the selected stock receipt or purchase order.
