The Payrun Entry/Maintenance program allows users to record hours worked for employees and calculate deductions, allowances and entitlements relating to what has been entered for each employee.
Payrun Entry/Maintenance Screen
New Workfile - Creates a new payrun workfile. Please refer to Creating a New Payrun for more information. Delete Workfile - Deletes the selected payrun workfile |

Payrun Type - Displays the payrun type for the selected payrun Date Range - Displays the date range of the selected payrun Pay Date - Displays the payment date of the selected payrun |

Edit Dates - Allows users to edit the period start date and payment date of the selected payrun (Period end date will automatically populate based on the period start date and the payrun type originally selected) |

View Warnings - Displays a list of warnings that have been calculated for the payrun.
View Errors - Displays a list of errors that have been calculated for the payrun. If a payrun has errors, it cannot be saved and locked for processing. |

Add/Edit Employees Payrun Details - Allows users to add another employee or edit existing employees payrun details on the selected payrun |

Selected Employees - Displays a list of employees on the selected payrun workfile |

Payrun Totals: •Employees - Displays the total number of employees on the selected workfile •Earnings - Displays the amount of earnings including PAYG for the selected workfile •PAYG - Displays the total amount of PAYG on the selected workfile •Net - Displays the NET amount payable for the selected workfile •Ent'ments - Displays the amount of entitlements payable to a third party for the selected workfile (i.e Superannuation) |

Print Payroll Verification Report - Allows users to print a Payroll Verification Report to check details or provide to a Manager for authorisation if required Save Workfile and Exit - Will save and close the workfile allowing users to edit at a later date Save & Lock Workfile - Will save and lock the workfile ready to be processed/finalised |
