Employee Masterfile Maintenance is used to add new employees and maintain existing employee information. This screen has multiple tabs General Information, PAYG Tax & Superannuation, Leave Accrual Entitlements, Emergency Contacts, Special Rates per Department, Standard Allowances, Deduction and Entitlements, Employee Roster Template, Pmt Methods/Bank Details, Alerts, Document Destinations and BBSEmploy Mobile App Access with each tab described in it's own topic.
Employees have a unique code, up to six alpha-numeric characters. There are two ways to create an employee code.
Once an employee code has been selected, you can then fill in the required information on each tab.
Click the Save Changes button to save the new employee information.
