The Product Contract Pricing Maintenance program allows users to create Product Contracts which are groups of products that have specific pricing that can be applied to one or more customers. The contract prices can be loaded as a Product Contract as shown below and applied to various customers by adding the Product Contract to the relevant customers in the Customer/Contract Pricing tab in the Customer Masterfile Maintenance section.

Product Contract Pricing Maintenance Tab
Prod Contract – Displays the product contract code that the product contract relates to. |

Description – The full description of the product contract. |

Product – The product code that is to be added to the product contract. Please refer to Creating a Product Contract for more information. |

W/H Code – The warehouse code that the product belongs to (leave blank for 'All Warehouses') |

Contract Price – The contract price that applies to the product. |
|
Contract Cost – The contract cost price can be entered which will override cost of sales for the product. This can be used where the product contract relates to a supplier contract where the cost for the sales on this product contract are set and agreed. |

Expiry Date - The expiry date for the product contract can be entered or left blank if the product contract never expires. |

Add - Adds the selected product to the product contract Clear - Deletes the selected product from the product contract |

Displays a list of products that have been added to the product contract. Double clicking a line will allow users to edit the details. |

Save - Saves the selected product contract and any changes that have been made Delete - Deletes the selected product contract Edit in Excel - Will export the list of products that have been stored in the product contract to Excel for editing. Please refer to Importing Data from a Spreadsheet for more information. |
