Tapping the Reload icon will reload the list of stock receipts available for put away.

Allows the user to select a warehouse to put away stock for.

Allows users to search for a specific stock receipt to put away.

Displays the detail for each stock receipt.

Allows the user to view the Stock Receipt Audit Trail report on the device.

Allows the user to select a stock receipt to be added to the put away list. Multiple stock receipts can be put away together.

Creates a put away list for the selected stock receipts and navigates the user to the Put Away Stock Receipts screen.

Tapping the Back icon will take the user back to the Stock Receipting screen. Any items put away will not be saved and the data will be lost.

Tapping the Tick icon will allow the user to complete the put away and navigates them to the Complete Put Away screen. Only items marked as put away will be updated in BBS and any items not marked as put away will be available for selection at a later time.

Allows users to select whether or not they want to confirm the bin location for each item being put away.

Tapping will allow users to see a list of the stock receipts selected for put away. Refer to Selected Receipts.

Tapping will navigate the user to the Put Away by Scanning screen.

Displays all the items on the selected stock receipts that need to be put away, separated by items that have not been put away and those that have.

Not Put Way - Displays a list of items on the selected stock receipts that have NOT been put away. Please refer to Not Put Away for more information.

Put Away -Displays a list of items on the selected stock receipts that have been put away. Please refer to Put Away for more information.

Creates a put away list for the selected stock receipts and navigates the user to the Put Away Stock Receipts screen.

Allows the user to select the storeperson that put away the goods.

Marks all items put away as put away in BBS and returns the user the Stock Receipting screen. Any items selected that were not marked as put away will be available for selection again at a later time.

Returns the user to the previous screen.

Tapping the Tick icon will allow the user to complete the put away and navigates them to the Complete Put Away screen. Only items marked as put away will be updated in BBS and any items not marked as put away will be available for selection at a later time.

Displays the details of the product to be put away.

Put Away Item - Allows the user to mark the product as put away. Where Verify Bin Locations is enabled, or the product does not have a bin location currently, the Put Away Item pop up will appear. Please refer to Put Away Item Pop Up for more information.

When tapped, will skip the item and move to the next item to be put away. The screen will return back to this item after all other items have been put away.

Displays the Lotted Item Details (were applicable)

Displays the quantity of the item to be put away, and the stock/sales unit of measure.

Displays the product image

Allows the user to scan the barcode of the product with an external barcode scanner to ensure the correct product is being put away.

Where Verify Bin Locations is enabled the Put Away Item pop up will appear to allow the user to scan the barcode of the bin location to verify they are placing the stock in the correct location.

Where the product does not have a bin location currently, the Put Away Item pop up will appear to allow the user to scan the barcode of the bin location to add it to the product.

Allows users to access the devices camera to scan the barcode of the product.

Allows users to access the on-screen keyboard to enter the barcode of the product.
