This process is used to configure Order Approvers for the eStore.
Assigning an approver must be accompanied by the appropriate Order Approval Required settings for the customer or web login. Please refer to Configure eStore Order Approval for more information.
You can assign approval relationships from either login: select an approver to choose whose orders they can approve, or select an ordering user to choose their approvers. Use either procedure below.
Choose whose orders a user can approve
1.From the BBS Main Menu, select eStore > Maintenance > eStore Web Login Maintenance. 2.Enter or look up the Web ID of the login that will be the order approver. 3.Click Configure Admins, Sub-Users and Approvals. 4.In Is Order Approver for these Users, double-click each user whose orders this approver can approve to set them to Allow. A green tick identifies an allowed user. 5.Review the selections to confirm that only the intended users have green ticks. 6.Click Save.

The two approver lists describe opposite directions: •Order Approvers for this User - identifies who approves the selected login's orders. •Is Order Approver for these Users - identifies the users whose orders the selected login can approve.
Order-approval permissions and Customer-admin permissions are configured separately. Please refer to Configure Customer Admins and Sub-Users for information about assigning customer admins.
Copy From Another User can copy relationship selections, but the resulting assignments should be reviewed before saving. |
