The Stock (F6) section of the Global Inventory Enquiry program has multiple tabs with each tab described below.
Stock Movements Tab
The Stock Movements tab displays a list of stock movements for the selected product using the selected parameters.

Year – Displays the current financial year. Clicking the drop down arrow will allow users to select a different year.
Trans Type - Allows users to filter for a specific transaction type
Opening Balance - Displays the opening stock balance at the beginning of the selected period

Displays a list of stock movements for the selected period and trans type selected.
|
|
|
|
More - Allows users to display more results if applicable.
|
|
Exports the list of Stock Movements to Excel.
|
|
Average Cost Movements Tab
The Average Cost Movements tab displays a list of average cost movements for the selected product, for the selected period.

Year – Displays the current financial year. Clicking the drop down arrow will allow users to select a different year.

Displays a list of average cost movements for the selected period.

More - Allows users to display more results if applicable.

Outstanding Sales Orders Tab
The Outstanding Sales Orders tab displays a list of outstanding sales orders where the selected product has been ordered.

Displays a list of Outstanding Sales Orders for the selected product.

View Sales Order - Navigates users to the Sales Order Enquiry of the selected Outstanding Sales Order.

|
Exports the list of the Outstanding Sales Orders to Excel.

Outstanding Purchase Orders Tab
The Outstanding Purchase Orders tab displays a list of outstanding purchase orders where the selected product has been ordered.

Displays a list of Outstanding Purchase Orders for the selected product.

View Purchase Order - Navigates users to the Purchase Order Enquiry of the selected Outstanding Purchase Order.

Exports the list of Outstanding Purchase Orders to Excel.

Outstanding BOM Build Orders Tab
The Outstanding BOM Build Orders tab displays a list of outstanding BOM build orders where the selected product is being built on a BOM Build Order or used as a component of a BOM Build Order.

Displays a list of outstanding BOM orders required to build the selected product

|
View BOM Build Order - Navigates users to the Bill of Materials - Build Order Enquiry for the selected line
View Build Purchase Order - Navigates users to Purchase Order Enquiry for the selected line

Exports the list of Build Orders Producing Product (Goods Inwards) to Excel.
|
|
Displays a list of outstanding BOM orders where the selected product is required as a component
|
|
View BOM Build Order - Navigates users to the Bill of Materials - Build Order Enquiry for the selected line
View Backorder Sales Order - Navigates users to Sales Order Enquiry for the selected line

|
Exports the list of Components Allocated/Backordered on Builds (Goods Usage) to Excel.
|
|
Stock on Consignment Tab
The Stock on Consignment tab displays a list of unupdated invoices where the selected product is on consignment.

Stock on Consignment at Customers (Unupdated Sales Invoices):
Displays a list of stock on consignment where the selected product is on unupdated invoices. Once the invoice has been updated it will no longer display here and will display in the Stock Movements tab.

View Invoice – Navigates users to Sales Invoice Enquiry of the selected unupdated invoice.
|
|
Exports the list of Stock on Consignment fro Customers to Excel.
|
|
Stock on Consignment from Suppliers:
Displays a list of stock on consignment from Suppliers. Once the consignment stock has been released it will no longer display here and will display in the Stock Movements tab.

|
View Stock Receipt – Navigates users to Stock Receipt Enquiry of the selected delivery docket/consignment note number.
|
|
Exports the list of Stock on Consignment from Suppliers to Excel.
|
|
Lots/Batches
The Lots/Batches tab displays a list of lots/batches for the selected product.

Lot Type:
•Active - Will display Active Lots/Batches only.
•Inactive - Will display Inactive Lots/Batches only.
•All - Will display All Lots/Batches.
Search - Users can enter a keyword to search the data in the list box.

|
