Global Equipment Enquiry

The General Information tab displays basic information relating to the selected equipment ID.

Global Equipment Enquiry - General Information Tab Screen

Number 1

Equipment Details:

•Serial Number - Displays the serial number of the selected equipment ID.

•Product Code - Displays the product code of the selected equipment ID.

•Description - Displays the description of the product for the selected equipment ID.

•Quantity - Displays the quantity of the product that belongs to the equipment ID.

•Manufacturer - Displays the manufacturer of the product for the selected equipment ID.

•Brand - Displays the brand of the product for the selected equipment ID.

•Model No - Displays the model number of the product for the selected equipment ID.

•Type - Displays the type of equipment the selected product is.

•Sales Invoice - Displays the sales invoice number the equipment was sold to the customer on.

•S/I Date - Displays the date the sales invoice was created.

•Lot/Batch - Displays the lot/batch the selected equipment belongs to.

•Parent ID - Displays the equipment ID for the parent equipment if this equipment is a component of a larger machine.

•Status - Displays the status of the selected equipment ID, Active/In-Use, Temporarily Inactive, Decommissioned or Returned/Void.

Global Inventory Enquiry - Navigates users to Global Inventory Enquiry.

Sales Invoice Enquiry - Navigates users to Sales Invoice Enquiry.

Lot/Batch Enquiry - Navigates users to Lotted Item Enquiry.

Number 2

Customer/Owner Details:

•Customer - Displays the customer code and name the selected equipment ID belongs to.

•Del Code - Displays the customer delivery code the selected equipment ID was delivered to.

•Name & Address - The customers name and address details will automatically update from the customers details in Customer Masterfile Maintenance unless overridden with a manually entered customer/address for the selected equipment ID in Equipment Masterfile Maintenance.

•Location - Displays the location of where the selected equipment is located as entered into Equipment Masterfile Maintenance.

•Contact - Displays the name of the customer contact.

•Bill To Cust - Displays the customer code and name service jobs for the selected equipment ID will be billed to.

Global Customer Enquiry - Navigates users to Global Customer Enquiry.

Number 3

General Comments - Displays comments that have been entered for the selected equipment ID in Equipment Masterfile Maintenance.

The Service Agreements tab displays information relating to service agreements for the selected equipment ID.

	Displays a list of service agreements for the selected equipment ID.
	Hide Finished Agreements - When ticked, expired service agreements will be hidden. To view expired service agreements users will need to untick the box.

The Custom Fields/Attributes tab displays a list of custom fields/attributes created for equipment showing the selected equipments data.

The Managed Print Services tab displays managed print services relating to the selected equipment ID.

Number 1

Managed Print Services - Equipment Settings:

•Managed Machine - If ticked, the selected equipment ID is a managed machine.

•Billing Cycle - Displays the billing cycle of the selected equipment ID.

•MPS Agreement - Displays the MPS agreement attached to the selected equipment ID.

•Charge MPS to Customer - Displays the customer being charged for MPS for the selected equipment ID.

•Customer Order No - Displays the customer order number for managed print services if applicable.

•Last Billed - Displays the date the customer was last billed for MPS for the selected equipment ID.

•Sales Rep for MPS - Displays the sales rep code for MPS.

•W/H Code for MPS - Displays the warehouse code for MPS.

Number 2

Minimum Charge per Billing Cycle for Machine:

•Minimum Charge per Billing Cycle for Machine - If ticked, the selected equipment ID has a minimum charge for MPS.

•Minimum Charge Product - Displays the minimum charge product code for MPS for the selected equipment ID.

•Minimum Charge per Bill - Displays the minimum charge per bill for MPS for the selected equipment ID.

Number 3

View MPS Audit Trail - Allows users to view the Audit Trail for managed Print Services for the selected equipment ID.

The Meters tab displays meter types and readings relating to the selected equipment ID.

	Managed Print Services - Meters for Equipment (from Equipment Product):
	Meter - Displays the name of the selected meter. Active Meter - Displays if the selected meter is an active meter. Billing Product Code - Displays the billing product code for the selected meter. Price per Copy - Displays the price per copy for the selected meter. Last Billed - Displays the last billed date for the selected meter. Minimum Charge Type - Displays the minimum charge type for the selected meter. Billed Up To - Displays the date the selected meter has been billed up to. Minimum Charge Prod - Displays the minimum charge product code for the selected meter. EDI Reading Tags - Displays the EDI Reading Tags for the selected meter. Avg Daily Pages - Displays the average daily pages printed for the selected meter.
	Meter Reading History - Displays a list of historic meter readings for the selected equipment ID.
	More - Allows users to display more results if applicable.
	Exports the meter reading list to Excel.

The Consumables tab displays consumable types relating to the selected equipment ID.

	Managed Print Services - Consumables for Equipment - Displays a list of MPS consumables for the selected equipment ID.
	Consumable - Displays the name of the selected consumable. Replacement Product - Displays the replacement product code for the selected consumable. Avg Daily Usage - Displays the average daily usage percentage and estimated number of days remaining for the selected consumable. Auto - Replenish - Displays if the selected consumable is set for auto-replenishment and at what level. Last Despatched - Displays the date the selected consumable was last despatched. Qty on Site - Displays the quantity of the selected consumable that is on site for the customer.
	Consumable Level History - Displays a list of consumable level history for the selected equipment ID.
	Despatch Replacement - Navigates users to Sales Order Entry/Maintenance to create a sales order for despatch for the selected consumable.
	More - Allows users to display more results if applicable.
	Exports the consumable level history list to Excel.

The MPS Agent Data tab displays imported information from the BBS MPS Agent relating to the selected equipment ID.

	Where an MPS Agent has been installed on-site, imported data will be displayed here.
	Data - Displays the Agent field data for the selected line.

The Current Service Jobs tab displays information relating to service jobs that are current for the selected equipment ID.

	Displays a list of current service jobs for the selected equipment ID.
	Service Job Enquiry - Navigates users to Service Job Enquiry for the selected service job.
	Service Job Maintenance - Navigates users to Service Job Entry/Maintenance for the selected service job.
	Exports the list of Current Service Jobs to Excel.

The Historical Service Jobs tab displays information relating to service jobs that have been completed for the selected equipment ID.

	Displays a list of completed service jobs for the selected equipment ID.
	Service Job Enquiry - Navigates users to Service Job Enquiry for the selected service job.
	More - Allows users to display more results if applicable.
	Exports the list of Historical Service Jobs to Excel.

The Outstanding Sales Orders tab displays outstanding sales orders for parts, consumables etc raised against the selected equipment ID.

	W/H - The warehouse code, clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a different warehouse.
	Displays a list of outstanding sales orders for the selected equipment ID.
	Order Enq - Navigates users to Sales Order Enquiry for the selected sales order.
	Order Maintenance - Navigates users to Sales Order Entry/Maintenance for the selected sales order.
	Exports the list of Outstanding Sales Orders to Excel.

The Outstanding Products on Order tab displays outstanding sales orders for parts, consumables etc by line item raised against the selected equipment ID.

	W/H - The warehouse code, clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a different warehouse.
	Displays a list of outstanding products on order for the selected equipment ID.
	Order Enq - Navigates users to Sales Order Enquiry for the selected product/sales order.
	Product Enquiry - Navigates users to Inventory Enquiry for the selected product on order.
	Order Maintenance - Navigates users to Sales Order Entry/Maintenance for the selected product/sales order.
	Exports the list of Outstanding Products on Order to Excel.

The Sales Order History tab displays all sales orders for parts, consumables etc, from newest to oldest, raised against the selected equipment ID.

	W/H - The warehouse code, clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a different warehouse.
	Displays a list of past and present sales orders, newest to oldest, for the selected equipment ID.
	Order Enq - Navigates users to Sales Order Enquiry for the selected sales order.
	More - Allows users to display more results if applicable.
	Exports the list of Sales Order History to Excel.

The Sales Invoices tab displays invoices raised for parts, consumables etc and service jobs, newest to oldest, including unupdated invoices against the selected equipment ID.

	W/H - The warehouse code, clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a different warehouse.
	Displays a list of sales invoices, newest to oldest, including unupdated invoices for the selected equipment ID.
	Invoice Enq - Navigates users to Sales Invoice Enquiry for the selected sales invoice.
	View Order - Navigates users to Delivery Docket Enquiry for the selected invoice.
	View Invoice - Opens the selected sales invoice in PDF format.
	More - Allows users to display more results if applicable.
	Exports the list of Sales Invoices to Excel.

The Invoice Line History tab displays invoices raised for parts, consumables etc and service jobs, newest to oldest, including unupdated invoices by line item relating to the selected equipment ID.

	Search - Users can enter a keyword to search the data in the list box. W/H - The warehouse code, clicking the drop down arrow allows users to select a different warehouse. Filter - Users can choose to filter the invoice line history data from the last 12 Months, 24 Months or All data.
	Displays a list of invoice line history, newest to oldest, including unupdated invoices for the selected equipment ID.
	Invoice Enq - Navigates users to Sales Invoice Enquiry for the selected line.
	Product Enquiry - Navigates users to Inventory Enquiry for the selected line.
	Cust/Prod Details - Navigates users to Customer/Product Information for the selected line.
	More - Allows users to display more results if applicable.
	Exports the list of Invoice Line History to Excel.

	Exit (F4) - Closes the Global Equipment Enquiry screen.
	Back (F3) - Exits out of the selected equipment ID allowing users to select a different equipment ID.
	Notes & Attachments - Allows users to add/or view any Notes & Attachments that may be attached to the equipment ID. Please refer to Service Equipment Notes & Attachments for more information.
	Jump To (F8) - (The options available in the Jump To button will be determined by users access). 1. New Service Job - Navigates users to Service Job Entry/Maintenance. 2. Equipment Maintenance - Navigates users to Equipment Masterfile Maintenance. 3. Enter Meter Readings - Navigates users to Meter Reading Entry/Maintenance. 4. Enter Consumable Levels - Navigates users to Consumable Level Entry/Maintenance. 5. Create Sales Order (Parts/Consumables) - Navigates users to Sales Order Entry/Maintenance.
